Caution: MOST "sugar free" products in the stores contain these poisonous sweeteners. Sugar is NOT the problem. Sugar is natural. It's about moderation. If we are FILLING our bodies with sugar every day, then yes it's a problem, not because it's sugar but because we are eating too many sweets and not enough fruits and vegetables. Many fruits already contain enough sweets for us and are actually very delicious.
