The religious leaders were to lead quarantines and enforce.
Ministers are called to be doctors. James 5.
Although this biblical quarantine was only for the infected, today's situation is different with the fact that the virus has already escaped into the general public, which demands a larger quarantine.

Deut. 4:1-6 Page 197. Keeping the 10 Commandments and GOD's ways are the way of wisdom and understanding the truth.
The commandments are summed up as loving GOD and loving people. People who put jobs, money and the economy first before lives are not loving people. They are loving money. They are infecting more people, some of whom will die.
People also put money 1st before keeping the 7th day and biblical holy days.

Prov. 4:1 Page 84. "attend to know" = "pay attention so that you may gain".
"father" here can also refer to forefathers. We should learn lessons from our forefathers/history, such as the 1918 pandemic, when they reopened businesses too soon which resulted in many more deaths.

Hosea 4:1-9 Page 167. My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge, even many ministers.
We see many church pastors have died from the virus. Many of those same ones did NOT enforce/lead quarantines.
"My people" = Israel/Ango-Saxons/Hebrews/Jews/America/British Commonwealth, plus Babylonian Christians who embraced the name of Christ but never fully accepted God's laws and ways.

Philippians 1:6-11 Page 211. Grow in Knowledge

1 Peter 2:12-18 Page 247. Obey unreasonable kings/governors/mayors.

Rev. 3:14-22 Page 262. Laodicean church, physical riches hinder wisdom and truth.
People more concerned about rent money, house mortgages, college, etc than the truth and the lessons of history and wisdom and truth. They ALL think that they have truth, as they dress up fancy, but they are naked in the sight of GOD. He sees their sins and their hearts set on wealth rather than other people's safety.
Although this church mostly represents the true followers of Jesus, it also represents all of Christianity in the end times, everyone who claims to follow Jesus. These are people who reject growing in truth and repentance, therefore they can be seen as Babylon, as well as being seen as true followers who never matured.

Matt. 25 Half of the church is represented as foolish, only half wise. Only the wise enter The Kingdom. The foolish did not grow in wisdom, did not grow in The Holy Ghost and did not think it necessary to prepare extra supplies ahead of time before the dark hour.
The foolish did not grow in the measure of The Holy Ghost and did not think it necessary to prepare extra supplies before the dark time of the Great Tribulation. The foolish do not enter The Kingdom at the 1st Resurrection. They do not go to Heaven. Therefore, the foolish virgins analogy can be applied to Babylon AND also to true followers of Jesus who didn't mature past Babylonian levels of knowledge, understanding, wisdom and measure of The Holy Ghost.

Tons of people believe in foolish conspiracy theories like that the COVID19 restrictions are meant to bring in communism. Trump and all government leaders worldwide in agreement.
Other foolish opinions: "Claim 5G causing the virus", Walmart Jade Helm, Planet X, "Jesus already returned and on Earth now doctrine", Cult leaders, pre-trib. No baptism, Once saved always saved, Trinity doctrines. All of these are foolish doctrines. None of them are supported by wisdom, nor by knowledge of GOD.
