Rod and Staff of Ps. 23 Both Comfort Us

Psalm 23:4 Rod and staff are both listed.
Why 2? What's the difference between rod & staff?
Rod = Straight long stick used mostly for:
-Punishment
-Correction
-Warning
But can also be used to do all of the purposes of the staff.
Staff = Long stick with a curve at top. Used mostly for:
-Leading, directing, guidance.
But can also be used for all of the purposes of the rod.
Both sticks can be used interchangeably and for all purposes.
Rod: Isa. 10:1-12
:5 The Assyrian is God's rod of wrath. His punishing stick, His paddle, His belt. + angry. (Aramaic Assyrian Received Text manuscripts says "staff" instead of "angry", thus includes BOTH rod & staff in this verse!
Remember from a previous sermon that Ps. 23 represents God leading us through the G.T.)
:6 trample (NYC) cities & make them dust. (There was a HUGE amount of dust caused by the collapse of the Wold Trade Center towers on 9-11-2001.)
Today is 9-11. It came into my mind early this morning, before I read this verse, that the 2 towers of the World Trade Center that was crashed into, represent the rod and the staff. Although neither is curved, they are still 2 sticks side by side. Then when I read this chapter, it was confirmed.
The towers were used by Jesus to do all functions of the rod & staff.
To punish, to warn, to correct. To wake up the sheep.
And to lead us into knowledge of the evils of Islam.
To lead us into the final years before the Great Tribulation.
Continue with Isa. 10:
:9 tower (Tower of Babel/Babylon, but also in today's context, God is saying the World Trade Towers.)
:11 The towers were an idol of the Rockefeller family.
:12 At the end of the Great Tribulation, on the day of the Battle of Armageddon, God will punish and destroy the rod/Assad. Even the rod gets punished.
Assad/Syria, Iran, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia + the CIA were all involved in 911. No coincidence that the recent events of Afghanistan occurred in August, just before the anniversary date of 911. Everything has come full circle.
How does a rod of punishment comfort us?
= Heb. 12:6 He chastises/punishes/corrects those that He loves.
But He will also punish the wicked. They won't get away with their sins.
In both punishments (us and the wicked), these should give us comfort, knowing that God sees all, and corrects all, and judgment will come.

This note added after the sermon:
After the sermon, Brother Jared told me that this morning, before he even knew what would be in the sermon, he read Micah 4:8 which includes the word "tower"! And the context is Jesus sending the Assyrian (Assad) to invade the USA. Therefore it in in agreement with everything said in the sermon and confirms the sermon and the prophetic symbolism of the World Trade Center towers. Jared had even planned on asking me what it means. But then came the sermon to his surprise!
This happens often, that he reads something related to the sermon, before the sermon, on the same day, or within 1-7 days before the sermon, without knowledge of the subject of the sermon. Praise Jesus!
