On July 3, 2015, I visited Amyx Hardware, the store that is making international news for initially posting "No gays allowed" on the door of his store. He did so in righteous angry over the court ruling. After more thought he replaced the sign with something similar to "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who would violate our rights of freedom of speech and freedom of religion.”Anyway, I prayed about whether I should go in person to support him. I am 100% sure I was told by The Holy Spirit to go and stand by him. So I went and visited his store and talked in depth with him. I shared with him my personal testimony that I had lived a homosexual deathstyle for at least 18 years but that JEsus delivered me, Saved me & called me into the ministry. I told him that I support him and his stand against wickedness/homosexuality and gay marriage.
He was very nice and hospitable. I was impressed with his understanding and maturity in Christ. I gave him my name, phone and ministry website. I also told him that I could make him a website for his business. I purchased a few small items in support. Thankfully He has good security and support from the local law enforcement and many happy customers who will also look out for him. He had his Bible right in front of him on the counter.
