Exodus 18:13-26 Moses obtained judges.
Acts 15:1-2, 6, 13, 19 James was the head of a council of elders at Jerusalem.
Revelation 4:1-4 Even God has a council of elders (of angels.)
1 Cor. 6:1-6 The church should settle disputes within the church itself, and not to go outside authorities to settle cases that are among members.
-Know you not that we shall judge both angels and the world.
-One of the ways for the leaders of the church to learn how to properly judge in the future of the Kingdom, is to judge now.
Therefore, it's time for the true church to appoint a council of elders/judges.
I've wanted to do this for years, but only now have enough people who have proven themselves as faithful to Jesus in the truth.
Concern: Most of the men in the church are young, below age 30-31.
Nevertheless, the 144,000 all very young most likely. Rev. 14:1-5
The young have to learn somewhere. The best learning is by doing.
Plus, a lot of the older people throughout the world are dying of COVID and of the vaccines.
It is God's judgment upon them for not teaching the young, not leading the young and for not staying up against wickedness. The church is mostly going to be led by the younger men ages 26-31 with some exceptions such as the apostle Zimmerman.
If I keep waiting for more older men to become faithful in the truth, there won't be any council before the Great Tribulation.
-A council is needed to settle disputes from within the church as the scriptures tell us to do, especially in the larger Algerian congregations, where they could benefit from having 3rd parties, who don't know the persons involved, to make an unbiased decision. And such larger congregations are more likely to need disputes settled, because they have more people.
-I should have some measure of accountability and also assistance making some decisions, and to give stamps of approval or disapproval of new doctrines and new revelations and prophecies. The council will be able to hear accusations against me. There must be 2-3 witnesses to prove a case, but an email, words on the website or social media post can be considered a witness.
I received from The LORD JEsus these 2 confirmations that it is time to form the council:
Confirm 1: On July 16, What I saw from a MeWe member post on his page is that Jesus is the Judge (The ministry study subject for July 16, which was announced last previous 7th day!), and that judges are important in all/many cultures/places.
(July 16 was also my first mention to Jared or anyone else about the possibility of forming a council of judges/elders.)
Confirm 2: On the same day, July 16, I saw a news report that Pope Francis is declaring and enforcing the rules of last Vatican Council of 1962-65 (The devil often copies what God does and makes counterfeits.)

-All council members must be male. All must be baptized. All must have shown faithfulness and some quality to reflect (give evidence) of their calling.
I am hereby appointing the following members of the church as council members:
-Jared, here locally in the USA, is the only prospective council member that has actually met me in person and knows me personally and knows the situation for local activities and my life and character. He is also the only American vote for cases against me, where I can't vote in those situations. He has proven himself by being the longest lasting American church member other than myself. He has also proven himself by his amount of work on the AOB, the website and many other ministry tasks.
-Bountiful Servant is the leader of Jamaican congregation. He's intelligent and also faithful in alms.
I believe that he is older than Jared, Ehud, Moshe and Meekness, so he helps to bring some maturity of age to the council. He had one of the largest/best scores on the masculinity test that I published.
-Meekness in Zimbabwe is a man of great faith and has shown years of endurance and faithfulness and testing. He is also the most well traveled member of the congregation, bringing experience with different regions and peoples.
-Decipher in S. Korea has endured much testing and years of endurance in the faith. He is also among the oldest of the possible candidates, bringing maturity to the council. He has worked much for the Kingdom and been faithful in loving alms.
-Pastor Ehud of Algeria. We saw that GOD defended him when someone came against his teaching about Halal. He has God's favor. He is also the most experienced in the ministry other than the apostle Zimmerman. He is also over 2 congregations, and thus is responsible for the most number of people other than the apostle Zimmerman.
-Pastor Moshe of Algeria has proven himself faithful in service to the church and to Pastor Ehud. Since the Algerian congregations are the majority population of the church, it is only fitting that they get 2 votes on the council.
-I, Apostle Zimmerman, will serve as the head of the council, even as James did. Even as Moses did. Even as there is a chief justice of the Supreme Court. Even as there is as CEO of each board of directors in business. We see this pattern in government and business.
-Me, Jared, Ehud, Moshe, Meekness, Decipher, Bountiful Servant, = 7 (5 Gentiles, 2 Jews)
(Just started the Black conservative group last week. Paul was the apostle to the Gentiles. This is the "time of the Gentiles" as the bible says. 7 is the number of completeness and perfection.)
-I don't see any of the prospective council members, including myself, as perfect. But they have all, in some way, shown faithfulness to Jesus and to the cause of the work of The Kingdom. They have been the core of the worldwide congregation. All of us learn by doing. Being on the council will help all of them to continue in their spiritual and mental growth.
Virus epidemic increased now. Wear masks & gloves!
